We created LaneCampos acknowledging that property is about people. Our vision is to be Newcastle’s leading property agency and to transform the modern real estate experience.

This is an interesting industry to operate within. While most agents, and agencies, operate to a professional standard, particularly for the new generation of agents, there are still elements of the old-school-hustle and the-churn method of selling. We feel that this element of the industry is now outdated and lacklustre with its ‘who else can we list’ method to selling.

With this common transaction-based model you will find that a small number of agents will do anything to ‘win’ the next listing as their primary focus is the next deal and not the relationship, nor the experience and most importantly the outcome for the client.

There are agents that will bad mouth their colleagues to 'win business'. It is hardly professional. And in our opinion it holds a mirror to their ethical standards and character. We aim to respect our colleagues to build an industry that is held in high esteem. We want our teams reputation, and that of our colleagues in other agency’s, to be one of trust and true results.

Promising the world and not delivering is another unfortunate occurrence. We see selling a home as the greatest of responsibilities as we're managing one's largest asset in life.

Being honest, open and backing our strategy with solid results is our path to success for all of our clients. However, promising high sales prices to get clients to sign on the dotted line is both dishonest and worrying.

Our strategy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every home is different. Every person has their own needs and circumstances. Selling with LaneCampos is about tailoring your sales campaign according to your specific expectations. Simply driving a singular approach to selling, e.g., auctions for all, isn't the way to achieve the best outcome, nor does it consider current market conditions to attract to the right buyers to your home. While some campaigns take more work than others, our mission is to offer you the best selling method, not what is going to be more efficient for the agent.

Today, people seek out their chosen way of life in various areas – from apartment living in Newcastle West to family-friendly homes in New Lambton and Mayfield to established city-fringe villages in Hamilton and the Throsby area. Our office is strategically placed, allowing us to support this movement in all stages of life.
